Terms & Conditions
Plain-language terms for booking with Dare2Travel Adventures. If anything is unclear, ask our concierge before you book.
1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking request becomes a confirmed reservation once we have verified availability and sent you written confirmation with your booking reference (D2T-…). Until then, no payment is taken and no contractual obligation arises. We aim to confirm every request within 24 hours.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars per person unless stated otherwise, and include the taxes and fees shown at checkout. To secure a confirmed reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total price, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or PesaPal — we never store your card details.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. The following charges apply, calculated on the total trip price: more than 60 days before departure — loss of deposit only; 60 to 31 days — 50%; 30 days or fewer — 100%. Where we are able to recover supplier costs we will pass savings back to you. If we must cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or the option to rebook. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and evacuation.
4. Changes to your booking
Date or itinerary changes requested more than 60 days before departure are accommodated where possible at no fee beyond any difference in cost. Later changes are treated on a best-effort basis and may incur supplier charges.
5. Travel documents & health
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, any required visas, and recommended vaccinations. We provide guidance but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
6. Liability
We act with reasonable skill and care in selecting lodges, guides and transport partners. Adventure travel carries inherent risks; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
